Interior Scenes as
3D Renderings
Archiform 3Ds interior scene
3D Renderings
and Virtual Tours are of superb quality and detail.
We model each piece of furniture in 3D from just pictures of the originals and apply scanned fabric from real-world samples.
Almost any decorator item can then be added to the scene, such as lamps, light fittings and curtains.
Lighting the scene correctly and artistically is important to the scene, which happens after all the furniture is placed.
This combination may actually give better interior visualizations than real scenes as we are not restricted to the limitations of ordinary photography.
Our animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still
3D Renderings
.
3D Renderings
of Living Room ScenesFamily and lounge rooms are the most painstaking
3D Renderings
and Animations to create within a house, condo or apartment.
They are the center of day-to-day living and contain more elements, in type and number than other spaces. There are many varied possibilities within these spaces so they are often the most difficult for a designer to communicate in a brief. The typical style and shape of the furniture in these areas makes them painstaking to model in 3D.The many free-flowing curves and ornate fabrics of some furniture items, such as lounge chairs and sofas, can be unusually difficult to model in 3D.And finishing pieces such as light fixtures and drapery can also be quite time consuming. 3D technicians can get some enjoyment out of these scenes, despite the complexity and effort required. This is found in the need for creative input and direction to enhance a scene’s mood or style. The difference between a 3D Rendering
that you would admire and one that you feel you could really live in is the same difference between a passing conversation and an actual sale.
Real Views in
3D Renderings
This 3D Rendering
shows the real view from the development.
We do this as either a flat 2D image in the background or as a complete 360-degree panorama encompassing the 3D Scene.
The two techniques affect the overall price to do the job, not in 3D Rendering costs but in acquiring the views. The lower photography costs make flat 2D backgrounds appealing for still, fixed position
3D Renderings
.But when used in fly-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera.
If the 3D Camera changes the direction it is looking at the view doesn’t change, which is not a desirable result.
The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane.
The increased visual scope gives excellent results for 3D Animations as when the 3D Camera turns within the scene the view changes with it.
We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
